I am very pleased with the help I received from [name removed] who resolved the various problems I had with my Mac computer, as well as with my tablet and telephone. It took him a little more than an hour. He was very courteous, explained, and wrote down what I needed to remember. The best company who addresses our needs to take care of my dad, and helping him to have his healthy life style even though he is not as capable as before. The owners heard us, and truly listened to the hardship which my dad was going through, and provided the best care possible. They made him understand that no matter what he can still have his dignity, live and enjoy his life. This makes us all so happy and we are able to enjoy our time with him, knowing that other aspect of not being too young can be handled. Love and totally recommend them. God bless each one of .you . I am three thousand miles away and having Luxe Home Care help with mom has provided me great peace of mind. They have worked very hard not only to make sure we have the right kind of care that we need, but that mom would accept (which can be difficult). At the beginning we had a caregiver which was a little younger and turned out not to be the best suited for my mom (who can be difficult at times to deal with) but they were very accommodating in helping us change caregivers to get better service.

The price seemed reasonable and the care was very good. The couple of times I used them it was kind of in emergency situations where I needed them for my wife and I was actually going to the hospital to the emergency room. They were very responsive. They came though for us within hours and with good people. I was surprised at how good they were. I'm sure we'll use them again.
