One star because apparently 0 stars is not an option. This facility is horrible, the staff makes diagnosis of death falsely, recommended to place my grandmother on morphine, which would speed up her dying process, but guess what?! The week time frame they gave us for her to pass, it's been over 2 weeks and she's still ALIVE! Employees we have interacted with constantly tell us they are short staffed (I wonder why) inconsistent care, and over all causing major stress in our family. From forcing us to rush around alerting family members in other countries to finalizing funeral expenses. Then demanding payment of more than $2,000.00 for her medical bills, even though the fee to retrieve their records of $175.00 was paid. Whomever is the higher-up that insisted the receptionist not release these records, you are placing dollars over the lives of those in your care, SHAME ON YOU. Do expect to hear from an attorney on our behalf VERY soon.
