I find the staff very warm and friendly to the residents. The housekeeping is marginal. They are very good about calling to inform me about anything unusual or anything that happens. The move in was very simple. I think the meals are fairly good and varied. Lots of green beans and Brussels sprouts. The furniture in the dining area is very run down and needs replacement. That I have seen, there is very little stimulation for the residents. There are many things in the activity room, but I have not seen an activity in progress. I would like to see more staff to resident interaction in the dining sitting area.

Great neighbors, clean, good food, good programs and great security protection. I would recommend to other families. I picked this community, because It had Sr living and asst living in same building. Also a great reputation. We both love it.

I would highly recommend Lucy Corr for Assisted Living. The staff is great. The building is clean, it's not new but it is very clean. The communication with the family has been good. The food is good, as well. My sister and I are very happy with the move from the last place our loved one was staying. Lucy Corr has made every effort to accommodate our needs. We wish we had moved our loved one sooner.

Based on the experience with have had so far with Lucy Corr, we can say overall it's a great place, mom complains about food at times. However she is kind of a picky eater. The biggest problem that is going on is there is just not enough staff but that is going on every where.

The staff are very kind and treat the patients with care and consideration. The issue I have is when I ask for something to be done the administrative staff are very agreeable but the follow up is definitely lacking. I am sure that they are short staffed so some things that I think should be done are not. For instance I have changed the bed myself multiple times. I do the laundry myself so I always know if it has been changed. I may be expecting too much as my person is in the assisted living memory care section and I don't see any activities for them. I will say that the facility is kept clean and again have only seen staff on the unit be very kind.

We had a wonderful tour experience with the older lady who gave the tour. I felt really good about the place. We just chose a place that was closer to where we live.
I never toured this place. Nobody responded. I kept calling for a tour and when we did finally get one, it was a no show.
Very nice community, too far from family.
Our experience with Lucy Corr Assisted Living was somewhat mixed. It seemed like a nice enough place, in general. The staff didn't seem very experienced working with memory care residents, but they were friendly and caring. I was also never very impressed with their meal service. The dining room decor left a lot to be desired, and the food was always hit or miss. Since the dining room for the memory care was not near the main kitchen the food had always cooled down too much by the time it arrived. It wasn't a bad place by any stretch, but I think if you have a loved one needing memory care there are better options available in the area.

My dad is in the memory care unit at Lucy Corr. He receives wonderful care. He has freedom to walk around in a safe environment. I always tell the staff what a blessing they have been to my dad and for our family.

A Place for Mom has scored Lucy Corr 8.8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
