Loving Comfort Senior Home

Loving Comfort Senior Care is a great option as a small Assisted Living / Pers Care Hm in NE Houston. I like that it's easy to get to, close to Hwy 59 N and to Kingwood Med Center. The home is attractive, neat, clean and has plenty of parking. The caregivers are very friendly and seem to be properly trained to care for their senior residents. It is a welcoming and loving environment not only for the residents, but also for visiting family members and for providers of ancillary post acute services like Home Health and Hospice. I have known the owner [name removed]. I have referred several residents to her, and I have also coordinated Hospice Services for some of her existing residents in the past. Her staff is a pleasure to partner with, as we share the same compassion and attention to detail in patient care. House Mgr, [name removed]is very experienced, knowledgeable and committed to caring for her residents. I highly recommend this facility.

This in home care home is the best! [Name removed] & her staff are amazing. They are very loving and caring. If I could rate them I would give them a 10+ as my mom [name removed] has been there and loves it! And provide extremely good care!

We absolutely love it here and mom gets the great care. we really like the environment, it is very home-like. She has advanced dementia so it was like taking her to another home and is not institutional. I think it is worth every penny and would highly recommend it.

In 2015 Mom was in need of an assisted living community. At 91 she could no longer live alone and take care of her needs. I found LCSC after reaching out 6 other communities in my area. LCSC has exceeded my expectations, giving mother such a warm, loving, and safe environment. [Names removed] go out of their way to make each resident feel loved and cared for as well as each of the wonderful caregivers. I cannot say enough good things about this and mom loves it too! Wonderul home!

This was the most wonderful decision our family made to bring our Dad here. It's a WONDERFUL home. [Name removed] and the staff are the BEST. The care they provide is top notch, could not ask for more. They are a loving family and that's how they take care of our Dad. The house was very comfy and always so clean.

My tour was during the dinner hour so it was a bit rushed. Residents seemed happy. Could barely understand a word [name removed] said. Not sure where she's from but her English is not that good. Private rooms with own bath was a big plus! Unfortunately currently at capacity. I definitely would have considered this one.

I am happy with the care for my mom. The staff is so caring. The staff has made the community feel more like a home environment. The menu is the home cook and I like knowing that my mom is really enjoying the menu. We like that they offer activities for her to participate with other residents. We feel others would benefit from the care that is offered here.

Loving Comfort Senior Home has been home for my mother-in-law for about 3 years. We have been very satisfied with the care she has received, the loving social atmosphere, and the caregivers. There is a variety of ladies who need different level of care living there, but each is treated and cared for with kindness. There is plenty of delicious food served. My husband and I think that this is a much better atmosphere for the elderly than a nursing home or assisted living, because the residents are not left alone or isolated.

I had a good tour of this community. Everything went well, and everyone was very kind. It was a good experience.

My Mom has only been there a month but the support has been phenomenal. All staff have been very caring. My Mom is not feeling well and is a very picky eater. Molly and staff bend over backwards to see that she has something to eat that she will eat. They cater to individual wishes and are very responsive when a resident needs them. I thank God every night that we found such a caring place for my Mom.

Looking for assisted living for my mother: Comfort Senior Care is a great place if your mother needs a lot of one on one care. They only have 8 rooms, so everyone gets a lot of attention. I liked that they only take women. The only drawback is that this is in a private home. There is only one main gathering area (family room) and a dining room, so there is very little privacy outside of the residents' bedrooms. If your mom is used to a lot of privacy and has lived most of her life without people around her all the time, this might not be the place for them; but if you need a lot of care for your mother, she likes a family type atmosphere, and are looking for a more affordable option, this is a great place.

This is a well planned environment for those seniors like my mother that still need to have space to walk with their walkers both inside & outside. The owner has made extra efforts to give this home a personal feel. My mother particularly likes her large room & the community patio with attractive plants & flowers blooming. As far as I can judge at this point, I believe the care is very good also(it has only been 2 weeks). The caregivers seem to be quick to respond to the residents needs, & they are kind & compassionate, even though I think they have too much to do.

The lady who runs the place is just the sweetest person you would want to meet. But you can tell that English is not a first language for her. She is from Romania. Her speech is sketchy and a little to fast, she doesn't quite understand everything you tell her. It is a slight peeve I have. I think the value is great but I think the cost everywhere is way to high for any facility. The average person doesn't have that money. As far as comfort goes while I think to expensive, they are doing everything great and worth the money.

So far I think the care services are good, but I think they need more help. It’s a nice place.

Very happy with it! Super good place!! One thing that we really like is the private rooms, it is very much like a private home. It's large and spacious. The care seems to be great. Not institutional at all. It is really superior. After we looked at Comfort Senior Care Home, we didn't need to look any further.
