A Place for Mom has scored Love and Comfort Elderly Care with 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score based on 1 review in the last 2 years. Over all time, Love and Comfort Elderly Care has 1 review with an average "overall experience" of 1 out of 5.
This is not a healthcare facility. This is not a place you want to send your loved one no matter their condition. They do not offer and are not trained to provide any of the services listed on their website and the paperwork you sign for admission clearly states they are not licensed for 24 hour care. They feed you absolute garbage(cup noodles, corn dogs, microwaved taquitos, etc). The facility is not handicap accessible(nor is the restroom) so if your loved one has a wheelchair, expect them to be bedridden and to go to the bathroom in a diaper which they’ll sit in their own feces for hours(often the whole night)Not sure if [name removed] was making a cruel joke or is just too incompetent to understand what a paraplegic is but he made multiple comments about how I was going to get “so fat they were gonna have to roll me out of there if I fit through the door” because I couldn’t get out of bed and do anything(he dropped me the only time I tried to get out of bed with his assistance).

A Place for Mom has scored Love and Comfort Elderly Care 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
