Lincoln Terrace Group Home

Lincoln Terrace is a large, 8-bed Community Based Residential Facility, serves West Allis Community as a CBRF for over 24 years with commitment to excellence within community-based settings. Lincoln Terrace Group Home is designed to enhance quality of life and independence of our residents. A Registered Nurse/Administrator will be available Full-time and on-call 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We provide affordable, comfortable, and accessible housing, meals, links to public services, visiting doctors, portable labs and image/x-ray services, and trained support staff to assist in daily activities, decision making, and actualization of personal choices and goals. Lincoln Terrace provides services to any adult with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health, dementia, chronic health issues, or advanced age/frail elder. Our license does not limit any specific age in the range of 18+end of life, however our average residents age normally varies from 40-90 but we are flexible and welcome everyone who's interested in our community and will guarantee great comfort and level of satisfaction with careful attention to maintaining every resident's dignity and respect.
