Friendly, clean, small facility more home feel. I cannot express how accommodating they have been with this crazy process and answering all questions. Im concerned with stairs but they have elevator option.spoke with a resident and she gave it a thumbs up.

The staff was great and helpful at the community. The only thing that my loved one and I did not like was that the community looked ran down. The paint on the wall was chipping and the color of the paint makes you feel like you are in a nursing home instead of at home. I would not refer this community to any of my family or friends.

The price for those on a limited income is a positive as is the everyday staff. The administration is the absolute worse- poor communication, imperious attitude & extreme price increases and general ineptitude are the hallmark of the leadership. The need to use a recommend pharmacy service with a surcharge smells of a kickback scheme. My family & I have not witnessed any abuse or real mistreatment of our parent, but if there was an plausible alternative in the area we would at least investigate it.

Lincoln Home Terrace is a budget assisted living facility. While it is in an old Victorian type house, it is clean and neat. The worker staff seem to be competent and pleasant, there is a lack of organization, communication, and framework for dealing with the administration. The supervision of residents in keeping themselves clean, presentable and their personal space (bedroom) that way is minimal. If your relative is not one to push themselves in showering every day, picking up after themselves, etc. then this is not the place for them. There seems to be no hard and fast rule for dealing with activity funds or scheduled activities either. It does appear that the Home gets kick backs for having certain vendors provide services such as medications, etc. There is no information if services are covered by medicaid, medicare, insurance, etc. and the expectation is you will change ASAP as to not make the staff's life difficult. It is hard to think that information about the coverage for these services would not be known to the Administration. If you have limited funds and your loved one needs minimal care in the Rochester, NH area then this place is acceptable, it does help if family is near by and can constantly visit to keep an eye on things.
