The owner of this facility is without a doubt the most careless self centered person who does not care about anything but the money she can get out of people. The live in assistants are not trained to handle anything and this person has them working from morning to night for only $110.00 a day not only is she so cheap but doesn't care about anything like having someone who just arrived from another country and knowing that this person was infected with the COVID 19 Virus still allowed this person to enter the facility and be around every client/patient without having been quarantine. Yet when we found out that a friend was infected with the virus she was telling everyone that the virus was the result of another client passing it to others and not that the person who was in the facility and testing positive straight from another country was the one who is passing it onto others and taking responsibility for it. No she actually threaten the workers so not to be into any amount of trouble

Bare bones services. 1 shower/week, sponge bath the rest. Breakfast: bowl of cereal. Lunch: 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup. Dinner: better, varies. Bedding on beds looks like came from thrift store, pancake flat pillow. Owner shrewd business woman.
