I wish I could give 0 stars. This place has stripped the rights of my family and my dying grandmother. We received heartbreaking news that my grandmas vitals have dropped and she does not have much times. Due to the COVID-19 we were not allowed to see her to say our final goodbyes. However, we were allowed to set up an IPad so we can FaceTime her, that was later closed on us mid FaceTime call. When we asked to have it put back up, we were told that it’s against the policy to have it in there. We asked if residents were not allowed to use phones. They said they are but still refuse to put the iPad back up for us. Told us to wait until Monday to leave the director [name removed] a message and he will get back to us. Time is not on our side here. She is not promised an hour let alone a couple of days to wait for a response. This is just unethical. It is Easter Sunday, my grandmothers favorite holiday and we cannot FaceTime her or comfort her during her last phases of life.. DO NOT. DO NOT. DOOO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES RESIDE HERE. do your research. Read these reviews and please trust them.

A person very close to me need full-time nursing care and placed them at Lieberman. Worst decision I ever made. Room decor was from the late 60's to early 70's. The care , to be blunt at most times there was no care. The only care he received was from 1 CNA and that was it. I could not expect her to be with this individual 24/7. Anytime a report was made against an employee for not providing care, the family member was the problem and all of a sudden the DON, Floor Nurse, Nurse and Assistant Administrator would be at the room to blame you because their hire was not doing her job. The also gave a lack of care especially to those on public aid and medicaid (as I was told numerous times by staff this a medicaid floor what do you expect). If you love or have any feelings towards your family do not I repeat do not send them to this facility.
