I visit a good friend there as often as possible. While there I notice the live in care giver is always watching television or on her phone. There is no interaction with the clients who live there unless she is handing out medicine or bringing them their food. I understand some clients may be hard to move but why are all patients served meals in their rooms. In my opinion the only reason the house is spotless is because the patients are never allowed to sit in the living room or kitchen. Now that they are renovating the kitchen I have on several occasions brought her food back for replacement finding dust from tile in her food. Shouldn't they have the patients someplace else while construction is being done?
