Laurel Parc at Bethany Village

My spouse received excellent care. The staff was well trained and very caring. Having a concierge desk made communication easy as I was always connected with the right person to answer any question. [Name removed] was treated with dignity, warmth and touch of humor as he went through the late stages of Alzheimer's Disease.

We love this elegant and beautiful retirement community. The caregivers and staff all emanate good energies and caring manners. The food is exceptional, like a five star resort and all the activities first class. I would move in my older years.

We really enjoyed the crab feast and live music. Great decorations too and extra service. My dad seems happy there and that's what counts.

My husband and I love living in Laurel Parc! This is a friendly, close-knit community where we've made many friends. There are loads of fun, enjoyable activities. The physical plants are well maintained. All of the staff are helpful and personable. Laurel Parc is a block away from Bethany Village which includes supermarket, major drugstore, public library, banks, various dining options, even a ladies clothing store. Most importantly, the administration and staff accept feedback from their residents and implement various changes.

I moved in a grieving widow and now I am an active, happy women. I love the day trips to activities and parties. The staff are wonderful and caring. Last weeks crab fest was incredibly delicious. I am so glad that I moved here.

Once financial responsibility is accepted, the honeymoon is most certainly over. Every transaction is a battle. Including the receipt of monthly rent invoices. The staff while extremely pleasant, does not follow through or up on any transaction.

Beautiful facility. Impeccably clean, helpful staff, good food, abundant amenities. It is sad and unfortunate that the significant annual rate increases of the last few years have forced people to move out who thought they were settled for life.

My mother lived in the senior part of Laurel Parc and as she aged, purchased private care which was perfect. So, if you need true assisted living, you must hire your own.

She is extremely beyond belief high maintenance and she thinks the world revolves around and they are so wonderful about it. She wanted a bigger refrigerator, and they hunted down exactly what she wanted. They all know who is she is there. They are extremely wonderful people. She has been doing a lot of art work, drama, and theater. She is 92 and extremely independent. Just quit driving six months ago. She has met old friends and new friends. She is very active and very happy.

They were horrible. Laurel Parc assisted living is not assisted living. They told me I had to get 24 care for my mom and I'm thinking, what am I paying you for then? It's a retirement home and they have an assisted living floor. They never came and got her for activities and they never made sure she was eating. She lost 5lbs in a week at Laurel Parc.

Have both toured and gone to dinner at Laurel Parc. It is high on the list for when I would make the decision to leave my home. the continuous care aspect is important to me. Very impressed with the staff, amenities, food (!), and the option of cooking in my own apartment or eating in the restaurant. A gym next door and close proximity to all-inclusive Bethany Village are additional pluses.
