Staff in general was very good and caring. They tried and tried, as I did, to leave her room for meals and other things but she wasn't interested. Overall I had no major issues. If I had concerns about something they listened and worked to address it. She and her room were always taken care of. My mother didn't like the food they brought her but she wouldn't go to the dining room to eat. So can't really judge the food. She also did not leave her room to do any activities.

As with anything there are bumps here and there but overall I've been pleased and [name removed] seems to have adjusted and made friends Staff seems to be pretty efficient and friendly, and as I noted in the survey it seems mostly clean without the usual smell of to many cleaning products , but I also stop in quite a bit and they realize it.

They were always friendly and helpful. If I had a concern about something and brought it up to someone the appropriate staff member would come in to address it. My mother always complained about the food. She pretty much refused to go to the dining room so food was brought to her in her room. Several times when I visited during lunch it was usually a boiled hot dog. Even when she went to the dining room she said it was cold. I had questioned if they could just mandate she go to dining but they said that wasn't allowed. I guess the complaints were because of her refusal to go to the dining room and try the food there.

We were fortunate to find Lantern which provides long-term care, for our 80-year-old father. This approach has been made as simple as possible with [name removed] assistance. I'm grateful to [name removed] and their staff!

The entire staff was effective and very professional. [name removed] was exceptional— he was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and helpful. He clearly loves the residents and takes joy in her work. He was distinctive from the others.

I couldn't have selected a better home for my father. He joined 2.5 years ago. The management and employees have not let us down. [name removed], the director, is absolutely fantastic and professional. I'm overjoyed! They are all truly kind people who care about the residents. The meal is always delicious, and the facilities is spotless. The housekeeping and maintenance staff are excellent.

Beautiful community. Every time we pay a weekly or biweekly visit to Mom, the staff is friendly and inviting. When we struggled with the first transition of Mom out of her home and into the facility, the staff was very supportive. Since then, she has been comfortable in and is currently enjoying her new home at Lantern.

The Lantern is a fantastic community! The structure and grounds are lovely, and you can see that the entire staff sincerely cares for every one of their residents. I would highly recommend Lantern to anyone.

My mother had an excellent time at Lantern Memory Care Center! The entire staff was wonderful to her and our family! They kept me up to date on all of my mother's medical difficulties and important occasions!

Lantern Senior Living offers an all-inclusive, affordable rate for seniors. This community offers independent living, assisted living, & a memory care unit, all within a beautiful setting. 24-hour nursing care on-site. Highly Recommended!

Very accommodating staff and excellent facilities. The Lantern team has gone above and beyond to assist during difficult times. The facilities are far superior to those of the other communities we visited. The team is deeply concerned about the residents. Thank you for everything you do!

This facility comes highly recommended by me. I had to make a decision for a loved one who required assistance about a year ago. Everyone at Lantern was fantastic, from the front desk to the staff. This is the place to go if you want to work with people who think and work with their hearts.

I would tell others not to even think about this community. The first night there was no staff that answered my loved one's call button for an hour-and-a-half. We don't feel it is a safe community for our loved one, and moved my loved one out. There is new staff and no knows what they are doing. The residents are all referred to by their room number, and not their name.

I can't say enough good things about the entire team. Everyone was friendly and concerned about the people. Special care was taken to ensure that each person felt valued and appreciated. I only wish my loved one could have stayed at this amazing institution for a longer period of time.

Everything has been handled with ease at the Lantern Assisted Living facility, which has kept the residents healthy, safe, and entertained! I strongly advise you to look into this hidden gem. It's reasonably priced, but it's worth a lot more. Lantern provides all of the amenities of a large corporate residence while maintaining a sense of community. If you don't live here, you're truly missing out.

My parents moved there 2 years ago from Newyork after retiring. They really enjoy all of the amenities that the community has to offer. I miss seeing them every day but I am glad that they have found a new home to enjoy after all the hard work they have done in their careers.

This community was great, and our loved one said the food was a five out of five. It is a little expensive but it was different from all the other communities we had looked at. The residents had their own apartments as opposed to just a room. They could either eat in the dining room or in their rooms, and for the most part it was like independent living. Once our loved one passed, they did not rush us out of the community, they helped us pack up her things and they even sent flowers to her funeral.
