A Place for Mom has scored Lakeview Lodge with 0 out of 10 using our proprietary review score based on 0 reviews in the last 2 years. Over all time, Lakeview Lodge has 1 review with an average "overall experience" of 2.5 out of 5.
My mother was at the Lodge for several years and many many years with Friendships Village. Care was tolerable but it depends on the time of day, the day of week or a holiday time. Some workers couldn’t be bothered except to do the minimal amount of work and if anything happened there were NOT consequences for the employee’s actions and it’s not Friendships Village’s fault. With all the years they have been in business, they make some poor decisions that affected my mother’s care or at least her mental outlook. You’d think procedures would be written down so the poor decisions didn’t happen. It’s hard enough helping our parents without having to stumble because of their actions.
