What stood out to me about this facility is that everyone is pleasant, larger size, close to home, and they said they could handle my mom's issues. Some staff is good and some staff I wonder. They offer activities. They provide housekeeping, but I don't know how often. The facility is clean, no problem with that. They need more communication with family. When it comes to my mom's supplies, I shouldn't have to go see her and find out she is out of her special pads that I have to order for her or her natural stuff that she can take. They have told me communication between staff not good. I will tell one staff member something for my mom and talk to another staff member next week and no one told them. The experience with Lakeside Villa has been amazing from the start. The attention and care they provide my mother is amazing and very much appreciative. She really enjoys being there and is able to participate in the daily activities like crafts, cards, and bingo. I have not yet tried the food but it looks and smells great!
