DEADLY!!! Let me start by saying that my dad was DEAD inside his apartment! I had spoken with him the night before. He wasn't answering my calls the next morning, which was very unusual for him. I wasn't able to get into his apartment. After not getting an answer from his door, I raced to the office explaining what was going on, who I was, and that I needed to get in to check on my dad. The black lady at the office was very rude and dismissive! I don't know what her name is (I'm also black, not racist). She told me no! She has been historically rude, and all of the residents complain about her. I called 911. They made the office open the door but it took at least over 45 minutes! By the time we got in, my dad was lying face down on the floor DEAD!!! He could have possibly been saved if he had helped sooner. My dad was my best friend and truly my EVERYTHING! I'm beyond heartbroken! My dad was ALL I had! I have no one! My dad was a respected Vietnam Veteran and loved by everyone!

I've been living in this complex is [date removed]. When I moved in my apartment was not even ready for me to move in. They had me waiting in the office at 2 hours. And maintenance came into my apartment [name removed] did nothing. Apartment was not painted the clothes washer was all rusted on the inside the dryer burned up my brand new sheets apartment filled full of smoke smoke alarm went off and I start smelling like gas. Let's see what else they replace my air conditioning system and as soon as they did that my apartment started smelling musty and mildewy no. They don't smell what I smell so they're not fixing anything the grounds are horrible. The complex has got so many pigeons it's disgusting a lot of Apartments have roaches bed bugs. Maintenance promises to do things for you and I don't I've been waiting for a little over a week to get my dishwasher fixed hasn't happened yet I've been waiting for a year for the weather stripping around my front door to be fixed and everybody up in the office lie
