The staff members do their jobs, however they are not friendly and hold grudges, our loved one has Alzheimer and they do argue with him. We wish they had a better understanding so that they would not take it personally. The food they serve is nice, the rooms are wonderful, they are perfect. The cleanliness and living condition is superb and no fowl smells.

Kateena has a beautiful, clean,& classey home. Her home is warm and inviting. Kateena's porch is enclosed and beautiful with flowers and seating and a TV she brings outside. She has planed activities for the residence & outings. Nice, quiet well manicured neighborhood. By the time my friend and I finished talking to her we wanted to stay there. I think my mom will love it!
