One of the worst PCH in the Savannah area. My brother slept in a urine soaked and feces covered mattress; little to no air conditioning in his room, clothes, carpet - smelled like pee. They claimed to have washed his linens everyday but somehow missed the mattress stains. My brother fell twice, first time he suffered two collapsed vertebrae and they did not call me or an ambulance until the next day. Upon asking them to fix the problems, they sent me an INVOLUNTARY DISCHARGE for my brother. Fortunately, I managed to find other accommodations for my brother and ended up removing him prior to their end date. I heard excuse after excuse about why she couldn't return my overpayment to the right bank. [name removed], who claimed to be a professional business woman, couldn't even remember my brother's name!!!! Nightmare!!! Upon my brother's departure, issues had still not been fixed. I filed a formal complaint against this place.
