I highly recommend any senior to STAY AWAY. This place is awful. The crime is bad. Cars broken into, tires stolen and lots of vandalism. The management is the worst. They had Bozzuto and they sucked and now the have this no name company and they are worse than Bozzuto. The best thing about his place is the cleanup folks keep it clean. The maintenance is nonexistent. I think they have 2 maintenance guys supporting these units and they have very little experience. They spend most of their time sitting in the hallway or out front. The parking lot lighting is awful. You have to pray you don’t get robbed. No security, no cameras, nothing. The church could care less and don’t think about contacting them hypocrites. The church could care less. Bottom line don’t move into this development. Find some place with security, professional mgmt and a competent maintenance staff. I rate this place a one star ?? that gold star is for the cleaning staff only.

This is the worst property ...please be careful seniors my grandmothers account was deducted two months in a row twice for the cost off rent at the fault of the leasing team which messed up her banking account and cost over drafts which they took no responsibility for...Several cars including ours had there windows smashed and the handicapped plaque removed almost all the cars had been hit in the course of a month and the leasing team did nothing even sent out a letter saying they were not going to hire security because it would not help...as I am typing this today two cars were left sitting on bricks this morning after all wheels were completely removed only leaving the screews on the ground...please don't talk about professional behavior...the assistant property manager "Ashely" is not only rude and disrespectful she is completely clueless on her job and how things should be done... If you are considering this property plz don't .
