The people at Jaxpointe at Flower Court were incredibly friendly. I do think they may be a little understaffed, and could use a little more help. Though the people they have there are, again, very friendly. They are expensive, both with an up-front fee (to lock in a rate) but then mom passed away in two weeks, and we were not able to get any of that money back.

Loved one was in a different type of community but did not need that level of care. Jaxpointe was the only community in the area had secure care around the $4,000 range. They seem like a pretty decent community. The staff has been accommodating and have tried to be helpful as best as they can.

Liked the secure house. Clean, roomy, light. Use all CNA's and the night person does not sleep. They are awake to help residents to bathroom if needed. Cost is $4000 per month. Two people there until 8pm each night. Nurse stops by one every other week. Will order meds thru Kaiser. All expenese are covered; only need to provide bed and clothes. Hospice care is fine. Cost is $3750 per month, private room near bathroom.
