Our life enrichment crew does a great job both with crafts and card games. We have great trips on the bus.

I am very comfortable and loving here. They are engaging activities here. The staff is all friendly and helpful.

Residents & staff bother very courteous & both friendly with very few exceptions. The mgmt seem to be very competent & good at dealing with people.

In the past few years, as my wife's Parkinson's disease worsened, it became essential that we find a facility to enhance and improve her life. As a retired CPA, she was accustomed to a very active life style encompassing many activities. After interviewing multiple facilities it became obvious that IVBV would become her new "home." Unfortunately as her health continues to decline, she has been unable to participate in many of the offered activities. Nevertheless, the entire staff continues in their attempt to find ways to assist in her care. The success of any organization is very dependent on the strength of their management team. My observation of the executive director and her team of directors, managers, and support staff if a very positive one. They are all very pleasant, upbeat, and always helpful no matter what the request. If an immediate solution isn't available, they will find a way to solve it. Their compassion for the well being of the residents turns into friendships. In my opinion that helps define the meaning of community and caregiving.

To allow us time to make condo repairs and to recuperate, we came to Independence Village. Wonderful experience, in every way! The staff were all very caring & supportive which we needed at this time. We are so grateful to them. We are safely home and our energy has returned all thanks to the positive experience at Ind. Village.

Lovely luncheon in the private dining room. Delicious lunch and outstanding service. It was a special occasion and we were able to visit our friend in an elegant space.

As the third facility for our mom, we've realized senior care overall in our country, needs improvement. However, IV Brighton exceeds expectations in all areas but Direct Care services which continues to be a stressful experience due to staff and implementation inconsistences.

Always enjoyable and helpful

The staff at IV of Brighton is an important asset in ones total experience here. From the administrator and up front personnel. The department heads and their workers - all project an air of friendliness and willingness to help.

As a 5 year resident, I have watched a caring staff serve our community through the challenges we senior have and also the dangers from covid. Being a retired teacher, I am pleased to see the employment of students who serve us dinner. Both young and old benefit from the experience.

Very happy here service in every department is good.
