Horrific

PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!!! SPARE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER. My sister lived there for about 4-5 years with MS. The staff did not properly care for her. She was dirty at times when I visited and developed multiple bed sores. She died in [date removed]. She had a seizure and they didn't' find her until moments later. They were not attentive.... DON'T GO THERE!!!!

Not the best

My sister was there and complained everyday about the nursing staff, the room looked dirty, she always told me to come and speak with the dietitian who was very rude and also the food director who was rude and dismissive when talking to him about the quality of food, and even the doctors who dont care and don't even look you in the eyes when speaking to you, then they hired a dietary Supervisor who was a godsent who truly cared about what my sister concerns, since he was hired the food was improved and worth eating, and he always went above and beyond not only for my sister but other residents. If they only hired more people like him, people that care and have compassion, so if you send your family there as for [name removed], hopefully they hire more people like him. Would I recommend for other families to go, maybe not, but I will say this, alot of changes were happening when my sister left so hopefully the changes were good. My sister's name is [name removed] and she was on the first floor...

167 beds and with a personal touch for those patients. Change in staff about 2 weeks ago from the time I toured. Renovating of the facility starting on the 1st floor. Offers alot mre activities than the other facilities. Not comfortable that the patients have to leave the building in order to get some fresh air.
