An appointment was made to tour the facility for placement of my mother. when arrived the person meant to do the tour was not available. a caregiver was on site and didn't even know there was going to be a tour. she allowed us to look at rooms available. when one of the residents asked for her help she responded she would be there in a minute.. in the 30 minutes that it took for the self tour she never responded to the resident. my mother will not be placed at this facility.
