I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the care of my Mom. The staff at B&Y Care Home did their very best to keep my Mom happy and comfortable. I appreciate that you listened and reacted to all our feedback. Taking care of seniors is a very, very difficult job and we are lucky that wonderful people like you take on this type of business. It takes a special type of person to do this work. I could never have taken care of my Mom like your staff did! My Mom was at B&Y Care Home for a year before she passed. I didn't rate Meals & Dining because I spoiled my Mom and brought her meals from her favorite restaurants everyday - she was a huge foodie! :) I also selected N/A for activities because my Mom was bed bound and unable to do activities. It was also during COVID so nothing could really go on. :(

My mom spent over 3 years at B&Y Care Homes and she was so happy. The care takers were loving and attentive. They danced and played games and made sure she always had what she needed. The owner, (name removed) and her son, (name removed) are wonderful folks to work with. The place is always so clean and the food they cook the residents is actually very good. I highly recommend any loved one to this beautiful home.

My client had severe dementia issues and was no longer able to live at home. Her nephew's daughter heard about what I call B&Y Care Home. She lived there for some three years before passing away just short of her 99th birthday. Their care was always thoughtful and focused on her needs. There was never a time that I had any criticism of the care givers, the vigilance over her care, or that she was being treated other than as if she was a family member. The medical costs dropped significantly, the falling stopped, and her well being increased. They cannot be thanked enough for providing all that they did during the last years of her life.

On my visit to the home, I did not care for the environment; it is for people who have more advance needs. The home plans one activity a week and the residents are usually just watching TV. It was clean and the resident are fed decent meals, but it was not the fit for my dad, he is still an active person.

The B & Y Care Home was very nice. The caregivers here were all very friendly and knowledgeable, they answered all of the questions I had. The house itself was very clean and well maintained from what I saw.

I was impressed with B&Y Care Home the moment I drove up in the driveway. My tour of the property was even more impressive. The administrator informed me a new location in Grand Prairie was about to open. I placed my loved one there. I am still impressed.

The facility is very homey and extremely clean. The staff are very hands on and friendly and spend time interacting with my mother who is 94 and has dementia. We could not be more satisfied with our choice of care homes.

They are an incredibly caring and patient staff. It is a smaller home community, so they have some challenges, but we have had my loved one here at B&Y Care Home a month now and she is safe and she is happy.

The place is very nice. It's like being among family. The food is great. The staff is friendly and caring. It's certainly better than a nursing home. It's like a family. They allow us to be more flexible and if we want to have meals together in a certain setting, they allows us to do that. It's like a family and we love it.

We've been very very pleased. Caregivers are just like family. The food is very good. Other families can't say enough about how great it is either. It is much more personal.

It's fantastic. They are very clean and friendly. I haven't had any concerns yet. I am so impressed with the two ladies that are the primary care, they are the sweetest, kindest, most caring ladies I have ever met. They have gotten him to be able to stand up now and he is now also able to take a few steps with help. They talk to him and feed him. I would recommend that for anyone.
