From my point of view Home Instead did everything that they could for my mom that I expected. My mom, bless her heart, she doesn't want to admit that she needs help. She was a little bit disappointed because she asked the gal to make her some casseroles because she feels like she's not eating right. Two weeks later, she said all the gal wants to do is take me to the store and buy easy things to make. I don't know what the problems is, if my mom is not being helpful because she can be like that. I won't know until i see her again. I reminded her that Home Instead said if one person doesn't work out, let them know and they will send another caregiver.... Read more
