We were able to keep our dad at home for over two years because Right at Home brought in caregivers for 20 hours a week. They were always reliable, even with a few minor communication issues, they always showed up and provided our dad two great caregivers the entire time. We also appreciated their pricing staying the same so that we could continue with the care in order to keep him home and out of a nursing home. My family and myself highly recommend Right at Home and want to thank them for caring for him and working with us up until his passing. They're a great company.

Right at Home was able to step in and care for my wife when I wasn't happy with my current agency. They have sent some great caregivers during the two years we've had them. My wife has had the same caregiver now for the last year and a half. Whenever I need to visit with the Director, she makes sure she's available to address all of my needs and has been a great asset in making sure my Long Term Care Insurance is always up to date in receiving the invoices and logs. My family and myself are very happy with Right at Home and plan on continuing with them.

I have had one caregiver since being with Right at Home for almost a year now. They're very reliable. My caregiver comes whenever I need her, even if I have to change my days or times due to appointments. I have been nothing but impressed with this company and I highly recommend them. I look forward to my continued relationship with Right at Home. Also, the office ladies are very sweet and nice. They gave me a birthday card and call me to check in.

I needed help for a couple of months after my surgery and Right at Home came was the perfect agency. They answered all my questions during the meeting and made me feel comfortable right away. I had the same caregiver the entire time during the times I needed help. Right at Home exceeded my expectations and I plan on recommending them to anyone looking for help.

I used Right at Home to take care of my mom for a couple of months before her passing and they did a really great job. The office was so supportive in knowing who to send to my mom due to her condition. The caregiver they sent connected really well with my mom and it was nice to be able to leave for a couple of hours knowing she was cared for. When my mom went into the hospital, Right at Home kept checking in on me to make sure I was okay. Even after she passed suddenly, they sent a card and let me cry on the phone. They made me feel like I was apart of their family and I couldn't be anymore thankful. They have a great team there and their caregivers are well trained.

Right at Home was able to help give me respite as my wife's dementia progressed. I was able to attend my weekly church gatherings knowing the two caregivers they assigned to my wife took great care of her. They always showed up on time, stayed longer if I was late coming back and made sure to provide her personal care and companionship while I could get away. Even in the last month before [name removed] had to move into a memory care unit, Right at Home was able to staff the extra shifts I needed. Right at Home is a great place to have take care of anyone's spouses especially with dementia. The office and caregivers knew how to handle [name removed] with care, compassion and empathy.

Have been cared for in my home for a year and a half by staff members from Right at Home. The care givers try to always meet my needs. They are sensitive, caring and thoughtful. Staff is on time. Staff is always clean and neat.

Right At Home has been a HUGE help to my mom and have helped her stay in her home vs going to a care facility! The Care Provider, [name removed], is a great fit for my mom. She is caring and understanding, and is a good friend to my mom. [Name removed] has built a great relationship with my mom. This gives me and my siblings some ease of mind knowing that someone else is there to check on mom throughout the week. [Name removed] is the right balance between pushing her to do things while also showing her compassion. Also, the office staff at Right At Home are very friendly and flexible!!! They always try to make things right for my mom!!!! We are sooo Thankful for Right At Home!!!

I highly recommend Right at Home for anyone older looking for help in their home. Right at Home has been with me now for almost 5 months and the two caregivers I've had have been wonderful. They made a difference in my home and give me the companionship I need. I am very thankful for the difference they made in my living situation. The office girls have also been so nice to me and communicate with me when there are any changes.

I very highly recommend Right at Home. I required respite care for my husband and Right at Home responded immediately. The caregivers are wonderful and it was a pleasure to work with their staff. I cannot praise them enough!

Would recommend this company to anyone needing extra help with most anything. Signed up for two hours a week to help with swollen legs and feet by putting on lotion and rubbing legs to help with circulation. Was also told she would help with other things if time allows. She makes wonderful use of the time she is with me. Always willing to help out. Look forward to her smile!

I hired a person from Right at Home to keep my mom company in a nursing home. After a detailed interview with a manager a companion was assigned to my mom. Right away I knew it was a great fit. Our aide/companion is caring, cheerful, responsible and truly an asset. Most of all my mom loves her. She makes mom feel less lonely and special. I highly recommend this company and am glad to have them as part of our care team.

The Right at Home services could work to improve on their follow through and communication. Sometimes it takes awhile to get a hold of someone or get a call back. Also we have noticed it is hard for them to have a supply of workers.
