I have been here at Village at the Falls through a few transitions in the management department. Currently the staff and management team work very hard since covid to make sure we get all the services we are suppose to and they do it with a smile. My apartment is cozy, updated and has a good foot print for what I need. Meals are large and have a nice variety for anyone who is picky. We enjoy the bus driver and his jokes while traveling. For anyone that wants to retire or not own a home anymore , this is your place. Its safe secure, 3 meals a day, transportation, underground parking. Overall the spaciousness of my apartment is great! And everything is included in your rent, utilities, parking, meals, housekeeping, cable and WIFI. I am also a returning customer as my parents lived here years ago and I lived in a Holiday location in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

the community suites my needs and its where I want to be. I worked well for me as my wife was in the memory care unit across the street which helped me to be able to visit her more frequently and her to be able to come over for activities. I love playing cards with the group, my apartment is nice, we have options for meals and that is nice.

Ii love my apartment and the balcony and view. I am comfortable here, I enjoy the food and I've made friends. everyone is really nice. I had to come here because my house needs attention and this place is very nice.

My sister and I had many tours set up to find my parents the best possible place with the most services to help them in their next chapter of life since us kids don't live in the area and we worry about them. When we entered the lobby it was tastefully decorated and reminded me of home. Our tour was great! lunch was great! and we meet many people who gave the place raving reviews. We met with the sales team in the office and were surprised with all the amenities that were included in the rental rate that we decided right then and there that this is too good to be true and after some private discussion we decided to sign right away before we lost the apartment. So far it has been wonderful for my parents. staff has been very friendly and has made sure my parents know where they need to be and at what times. we are very happy with our decision and as a family relieved. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.....Move in was seamless and everyone was sooo nice to work with. My parents couldn't be happier . Every business has its ups and downs. Talk with the managers and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

I found this place thru you and pre- interviews with the facility. It seemed like everything we were looking for. The amenities and possible add ons sounded great. But there has been some set backs and things we were told were going to happen, did not. The food is not good. There is a low amount of protien and high carbs. Staffing for food service is spotty at best, resulting in delayed meals, or the inability to eat in dining area and having to take meals to the rooms. Care and repairs in the apartment was not done before moving in, but done two months later. Unnecessary, supposed welfare checks was done without tenant's prior knowledge or schedule. They just walked into her place. The weekly cleaning was m not done for almost two months. We had a feeling it was too good to be true and unfortunately that's what happened

The housekeeping is very basic, but it hasn't been happening weekly due to staffing issues. Overall, we chose this community because it had a "warmer" feeling, and our loved one liked this one the best of the three that we looked at.

The staff is friendly and can be very helpful however some of them do not complete their job or are not sure how to complete it, for example I had requested a locker and a parking place when I went to inquire about the locker # that was assigned to my sister who is the resident there was no recorded on which one she had so we got a new one assigned also my sister was assigned a parking place only to have someone leave a letter on her car telling her that was not her spot I never went to comfort the notification because we were removing her car but once again made me feel that there was no recording of the appropriate documents and the house keeping of the individual apartments is poor but the facility over all is kept clean as a hole I feel that it is a decent facility for the money would I recommend it to someone who needs a little help with life yes!

The management at Holiday Village at the Falls is really bad. There is no cleaning staff, most times. Sometimes my brother goes for 3 weeks without cleaning or sheets changed for 3 weeks. I have had to go and do it many times. This is something that he pays for and doesn't get. Right now they only have one person to do 3 floors. They have lost more chefs than I can count. Food service is debatable day by day and they currently have no food servers. I would not recommend this place to others. He is looking for a new place.

I would advise a friend to go elsewhere.The housekeeping staff are on leaves, so residents are asked to hand out toilet paper and exchange fresh towels...They just raised the rent significantly. The transport drive broke his ribs so there hasn't been consistent transport in over 6 months.

We chose Village at the Falls initially because they promised and stated responsibility. Unfortunately, they are always short staffed. My wife and I can handle it, but many others can't. Residents here are great!

I only lasted 5 months there then I moved to [facility name removed] I found out that I didn't belong in Independent Living. Village at the Falls is dirty and they didn't even clean my apartment before I moved in. I would not recommend sending anyone there. They don't have enough staff to do all of the activities they publish.

All 5 stars! The food is good. Staff are great. Everyone friendly. Lots of activities. Lots of closet space. My husband and I couldn't be happier. We would definitely recommend Village at the Falls to others!

My sister was previously a resident at Holiday Village at the Falls. The staff was definitely nice. Unfortunately, when we moved my sister in, they were understaffed so no one actually walked us up to her apartment. They really didn't reacquaint her where everything was and really didn't introduce her to any one for lunch so she would know who she was sitting with. That was my only disappointment!

Since being taken over by a new management company it has been all downhill. I absolutely love my apartment and have been here 8 years. Never thought I would have to move again. Management doesn’t communicate with each other or with the residents unless you go to them. Often If they cancel or change something you never know until you get there. My car was stolen and totaled in Milwaukee so on the very rare occasions that I drive I had my daughter in laws car in my spot that I could drive. I was told by management that it was ok. Right now I’m having some serious health issues so she’s driving it. My spot was empty.They gave my 8yr.spot away without saying a word, no notification, nothing. Now management tells me that I have to have a car with a title in my name to park there. I am 85 years old and not planning on buying a car in my name. Just using one of the kids as long as I am here. We have a bus but no bus driver..Lower staff is great. Upper management leaves a lot to be desired.

I would definitely let others who are looking into Village at the Falls that they don't have walk in showers, which is important to many seniors. The apartment sizes and layouts here are very nice. Overall I would recommend Village at the Falls to others looking for independent living.

Independent Living only, there is a non- staff person who helps with minor issues such as filling pill cases, but there is no nursing staff. 3 meals a day and the food is tasty. Housekeeping is ok but this staff also must help with serving meals. I liked living there but it ended up being too expensive for my budget.

I would tell others that are looking into Village at the Falls that they give you one speech going in and then it changes completely once you actually get moved in. That has been our biggest issue.

The staff is over the top in friendliness. They're encouraging to family members as well as residents to engage in the activities they have and interact with one another. They're a little understaffed, which affects dining and activities. The food is good, just sometimes not on time. My family member really enjoys it there and is doing very well. They have the place all painted, and it's clean. They do a good job. We're looking forward to the garden in the summertime. I have to say that [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]v, and [name removed]have been outstanding. They work together very well.
