To help ensure everyone’s health and safety, the community offers 24-hour emergency response services, and residents can choose between various studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment options. Should needs change over time, custom-tailored health and personal care options are available through a third-party provider for an additional fee.
To help reduce waste, save on postage, and avoid the risk of delays and late fees, residents can make secure online payments automatically each month.
Total monthly costs depend on room type, select services, and the level of care needed.

She likes living there, apartment is nice. They recently renovated the whole place except apartments. Employees at facility are nice. They really need help with the food though, they have been through several cooks but that is the biggest complaint from everyone living there. Needs to be better.

I’ve never lived in a more relaxing environment. The grounds are well maintained and landscaping is wonderful. Every staff person I’ve met has been very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment has been the loss of health care services on grounds. I’ve had to go outside for for service for my elderly mother who lives in Apartment with me. This has made my stay more costly than I had anticipated.

My brother hasn't participated in any of the activities. He had [homecare name removed] which wasn't very good. There was one woman that did here job well while another wasn't very dependable. The food was okay but, could be better.

They are not professional! They weren't helpful. The food was awful. Staff unhappy . The staff were also uncaring and not available for any questions.

The only thing I can think of is the food. But I understand it's going to be hard to please 100 older folks. everyone is not going to like the same things. Older folks are set in there ways and I understand the food has to be the hardest part. Mom doesn't like the food. Eats a lot in her room. Said portions are getting better but still not enough. They are currently under a re-model.

I like living here at ponder creek. I have made a great group of friends and the staff are pleasant. i enjoy going on outings and the bus driver is such a nice man. I think that if people are looking for a place to go, this would be a good choice.

I have lived here at ponder creek for several years now. I enjoy the staff, other residents, activities and food. I feel happy and safe here and am excited to see what it looks like after the renovations are complete.

I have enjoyed living at ponder creek. i like the staff and the friendliness of the other residents. i have made some great friends so far and im sure i will meet plenty more. i enjoy having a community that i feel apart of.

when this place was built, my sister and I both decided that we would come here to live when it was time. Ponder creek makes me feel safe and cared for. I really love the staff and the activities are always fun.

I truly love Ponder Creek Estates! The location is perfect-It is nestled in amongst beautiful surroundings, yet still convenient and close to shopping, restaurants, banks and more! The community is currently undergoing a remodel/update and I am looking forward to seeing it when it's complete. The staff shows love and compassion toward its residents and one another. They have a great hairdresser who has been at their community for several years now and she goes out of her way to accommodate. They have a group inside the community that provides assistance to its residents when needed and their lead caregiver has been at that community for 12+ years- She's amazing! Ponder Creek encourages independence (as it is independent living) and goes out of their way to make a difference every day to their residents. It is one of my favorite places to visit, as I always walk out with a feel good heart full of love!

I wish there was a security guard at night.I picked this one because it is close to me and because of price.However, I am hearing that price will go up when her contract renews and am worried about that. I really don't want to move her again because she has made friends there and is comfortable.

They should be able to know in detail what the facility has and what they are willing to do for your love one. And don't treat them like a number but a person. Based off of our experience with Holiday Ponder Creek Estates, we would not recommend this facility to others looking. Mainly based off of the unprofessional staff.

My loved one did enjoy living here. His room is very nice, it is a studio and very roomy and spacious. I do think that the facility itself needs to be updated, but Other than that he loved it and had a good experience.

This has been a wonderful experience for my loved one. My loved one is very satisfied here and wishes they would have moved here sooner. The staff communication with the family has been great, and they are receptive to the family's questions and concerns. They have a new chef for the community and the community provides three meals a day to the residents.

I would tell others that the staff is wonderful. The food is lackluster according to my loved one. The community still isn't able to take the residents outside of the community on outings due to the shortage of staff during the pandemic. Overall, I would recommend the community.
