They have friendly, and helpful staff.

The people are all friendly and helpful! It's so peaceful and stress-free. Activities are fun and so are fun and so are the people. I wanted to really retire I moved in slowly - but trash and vacuum not happened yet.

The service is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and patient and helpful.

We were treated like family and given the utmost respect [name removed] gave my sister several tours, a tremendous amount of information as well as attention. The community seems perfect for [name removed] station in life and we look forward to the time when she will call it home.

Mom Hasn't moved in yet but we had a tour and ate a meal there. She is excited to move in and get settled. Shes looking forward to the peace of mind this place will provide I am looking forward to the interaction she will have with others her age

Grasslands offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with alternative options which my mother has had no complaints on since we moved her in. I am grateful to have found a community to provide all meals. She struggled making meals for herself and microwave food is not an ideal choice meal I'd want my mother to have. I love that she can dine with others and socialize during meals. She has met a very close friend who offers to car pool along. Another bonus i enjoy, is knowing she has clean bedding and fresh towels thanks to the housekeeping team. We viewed a few different communities in the area, but there were lots of extra charges al la carte that can become quiet expensive when added in. I love that Grasslands has everything in one bill. Including all utilities.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of residing at Grasslands Retirement Home, and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed with the level of cleanliness and the quality of food provided. The housekeeping management at this facility leaves much to be desired. The rooms were often left in disarray, with dust accumulating in corners and bathrooms lacking proper sanitation. It was evident that cleanliness was not a priority for the housekeeping staff. Additionally, the food served at Grasslands Retirement Home was subpar at best. Most meals were bland and unappetizing, lacking any semblance of flavor or nutritional value. It was disheartening to see the residents, many of whom have dietary restrictions or special needs, receive such inadequate meals. Overall, my experience at Grasslands Retirement Home was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and nourishing environment for their loved ones.

Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment has been disappointing. Since the departure of the former executive chef, [name removed], there has been a noticeable decline in the quality of the food and cleanliness of the dining area. The dishes often arrive cold, and the plates, glasses, and tables are frequently dirty. The preparation of eggs consistently results in overcooked dishes, and the desserts tend to be dry. It's my belief that [name removed] would have been a better fit for the executive chef position. Regrettably, I've decided to start exploring alternative living arrangements. I cannot recommend Grasslands.

Not receiving the housekeeping indicated, and that was a very important consideration in selecting Grasslands. Food choices difficult for people who have dentures and diabetes. I'm a sister so not living there just what she tells. Sheets not changed for 4 weeks, bathroom not cleaned for 7 weeks. Toilet hasn't flushed right for 7 months. Has asked for help with it 3 times Kitchen faucet works to hard so she washes dishes in her shower. These are starters

I just moved yesterday, and the staff has gone way above.and beyond to help. Plus the home health agencies working in the building have contacted me with good information. I was already familiar with Grasslands. My dad lived here for 3 years before his passing in 2009, and it worked very well for him. That is the reason that I chose it as my senior home too.

Good people. Engaged community. The food is sub-par so budget expenses to supplement with better food. We picked this community because of the staff.

This is the most affordable place and all the staff are super kind and always willing to help! The only reason I marked down slightly the overall score is because all of these places are expensive. But, Grasslands by far is the most affordable and overall friendliest place we checked into.

Until about 2 months ago food was acceptable. When outsiders asked me how the food was, I said that I could always find something to eat. No more! I advise people that it's not going to taste like Momma's. However, now food is either burned beyond ability to eat or under cooked. Holiday Fresh is often not available, the one item diabetics can choose. Food often served close to 2 p..m. - a 2 hour wait. Napkins have been cut in half offering little protection. Cups and silverware dirty. I think water temperature has been lowered causing dishes not to be sanitized properly. I can no longer advise people to move here. Master chef needs to be replaced.

My loved one was a resident at Holiday Grasslands Estates and everything was great for him at this facility. The staff were great. The housekeeping was also great. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

We are very happy with Grassland Estates. Our parents are thriving. This was the right place for them. The socialization they have with residents and staff has been wonderful. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families if it fits their needs.

Overall we enjoyed having my grandma she kept herself busy with activities. She came down for meals and always had jello and loved their rolls. Staff always very friendly one concern she had was one staff member had purple burses on her neck. She had a good life at Grasslands would recommend friends and family here!

It's a very nice community. The price is very reasonable, and that was one of the reasons we chose them. The food is good, but the meals take a long time. You pretty much have to be there at 11:30 to get a table before they start serving at noon. They take orders for drinks and serve salads. Then they serve the main course, and then dessert. So the entire meal process takes about an hour and a half. But my loved one seems to enjoy living there overall.
