Main staff is experienced and knowledgeable working with people needing special care. Not a realistic setting for activities. They need more nutrient rich foods: whole grains, fruit, less sugar, etc. I would recommend this facility, for very "impaired" individuals. I would not recommend it for someone who wants lively communication/interaction with others or group activities.... Read more

The owner left on vacation right after taking our check, leaving two caregivers, who I'm not sure were properly qualified, in charge of the residents. My mother moved into the facility, and we got a call two days afterward saying she had passed away. Another woman who lived there died the same day. The whole experience was just awful. And on top of that, the owner denied our request to get our check back. She finally gave us a partial refund - only after we contacted the licensing bureau to report what had happened.

The community is really clean, and staff members are great. We think the value was perfect for our loved one situation. They had games for the residents to play like crosswords puzzles, they could also watch TV and even walk around the court yard that was out back.
