We chose Heritage Retirement Communities because of their willingness to accept my loved one and care for his needed. There are 8 or 9 houses and each house has between 9-11 residents and the room sizes are wonderful. He is ecstatic about the food that is served. The staff has been very accommodating, but I have not gotten a lot of feedback from a medical point of view. I have had trouble getting in contact with the physician and we have not had any meetings, I do think it would be helpful to have check ins with the doctor so that the families can be more aware of what is going on medically.
