I am happy and it could not be any better unless it was a little less costly for the residents !! Everything else is super great!! The staff is super nice and friendly and accommodating !! One thing that would make it better is more bingo !! Otherwise it’s super !! Never been happier since I’ve been on my own !!... Read more

Heritage Place is a clean, well staffed and managed assisted living facility that has professional and caring people taking care of our loved one. Activities, in-house haircuts, and good meals make for an enjoyable environment. Charges are reasonable, and billing is handled very simply.

I would NOT recommend Heritage Place to anyone again. Up to about 2 months ago I sang their praises. Since then I have tried turning things into anyone who will listen! They do not do what they say as far as making calls and checking on the residents. Simply.... they are lazy and hire crappy, lazy, ignorant staff. The management does not own any part of what happens at the facility. Blame game of it wasn't me.... terrible leadership so I guess it makes sense the staff follows right? Lead from the top?!!

My loved one is currently a resident at Heritage Place and the whole experience has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services and meals are also great. I would definitely recommend Heritage Place to others who are looking for Assisted Living options.

Great location near downtown Fayetteville. Those who are able can take nice walks.

My mother was only a resident at the facility for 3 nights out of the more than last 30 days. She probably had maybe 2-3 meals their total. She was in the hospital, just released today. We moved her belongings out. We were not refunded any monies - not even the initial [name removed] deposit that was for maintenance, etc for as long as she "might" have lived there. They were not very compassionate when we decided to move her out because she needed to have a higher level of care than assisted living offers. It is a nice place but I think they could have been a little more forgiving and understanding. We basically paid over [name removed] for 3 nights.

My loved one is a resident at Heritage Place and overall the experience has been good, so far. There are a few things that I don't like about the facility, but you have to take the bad with the good. My family is pleased overall with this facility. I would recommend the facility to family and friends.

We really like the staff and the people. We have not taken advantage of the activities quite yet but they do have different things going on. Based on our experience so far with Heritage Place we would recommend them to other families.

The facility is vertical and has multiple floors and we were looking for a place that was smaller and all on one level. It just did not feel like the right fit for my loved one.
What stuck out to us about Heritage Place was the reasonable price, they had availability when we needed it, and they were quick with their response time and communication. They have posters up and seem to have a lot of activities provided. They have a physical therapist on staff and that has really helped her range of motion a ton. She loves the food, it is served restaurant style and residents get a menu with a variety of choices to choose from. We have been very happy with our experience.

Great place but didn't fit our needs.
not impressed
We chose Heritage Place because I thought they had a lot to offer and the staff here are great. The apartment sizes at the facility are really good. I think they could improve on the portion sizes, our loved one thinks that they are a little too small. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

Heritage Place appears to be nice It's all a facsade Cock roach infested rooms.. When updates are made they paint fresh paint over water damaged walls. The young ladys at the desk are super nice but have to put up with so many complaints due to poor choices made by the higher staff Seniors should be respected its not happening here But most importantly the disrespect by the head Administrator to the seniors that live in the facility It's a shame

The biggest improvement this community could make would be the meal service.

The feedback our loved one has given us about the meals is that they are great. While our loved one was there due to the covid restrictions the activities were more scaled back and much more limited.

It is an ideal place and they do a good job with my mom. It is well managed. My mom seems to enjoy the food and doesn't have any complaints. She likes the fact it isn't too spicy. The communication with the staff is excellent.

We chose Heritage Place because of the location. I would want families to know when looking into the facility that the staff here are not happy with management. The management changed while my mother was there, the direct care was great and they took good care of her, but the new management was not great while she was there. The day to day staff was fantastic though. I would recommend if you can afford it.

A Place for Mom has scored Heritage Place 8.7 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
