I came with my wife. It's very nice so I stayed after she passed. They cook and do all of the cleaning so it's nice not to worry about that. I'm going to Florida in January but plan to come back here in April.
This is the very BEST community I've ever been in!! Staff is very kind and loving, very home like atmosphere.
Have family that works there. I was invited to fall festival. The love and joy the staff share with the residents surly shines through each of them.
I like the independecy. I really like the staff I get along with all the staff. I get mostly everything I ask for. I like the size of the rooms. Everyone has their own bathrooms. It feels like home.
I have visited this facility to see if I could like to transfer to this facility from where I work. I have spoken to several of the residents they all appear very happy where they are today. The boasted about the staff and the fun events they do together. Together they are family.
Very nice staff. The food is great. When I ask for something staff does it with no problem. I can't get around much but when I can I would like to meet some of the other residents.
Very nice staff. The bond I have with the other residents. The place is always clean and neat. Very helpful to the residents. I love the food and activities.

Heritage has-is a positive experience for me. I've been here for a year and the difficult life change is a challenge. However, I am comfortable in spite of physical immobility and pressing forward to gain renewed strength and walking.

I was invited to join in the Fall Festival by [name removed] . I am so glad I went. The Festival was so much fun they had lots of activities for everyone. Face painting , pumpkin painting, games n free raffles just to name a few . I had lunch so good. And to see the residents having fun was the best. Singing and dancing remembering the good ole days. The DJ helped them have a good time with their music. [name removed] and her staff done one heck of a job they truly love the residents!!!! I can’t wait till next year!!! Here’s to the staff at Heritage Hill in Caro Michigan ??

I love the atmosphere in the building, it truly feels like my second home. There is always some activities to participate in for the residents. I would place my mom here, that says a lot.

I like the fact that when leaving me a message, the Director left her cell phone number. Has several dimensia people already. She has been an RN for thirty years. Dr. comes once a month. Caro hospital comes to do bloodwork. They have a beautician for haircuts. They have two podiatrists who come in. Laundry/facility/food/etc. Regular apartments. 1 bedroom apartments and studio apartments. Every room has private bathrooms. Every room has individual heat/cool.

A Place for Mom has scored Heritage Hill Assisted Living and Memory Care 9.9 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
