Heritage Grove at Indiana

Not a problem except for the meals. My husband is usually not fussy but was very upset with the dining facilities. Food was very inadequate & tasteless. Happy with room & help with getting heat & a recliner in it. Unfortunately not happy with the tv. Couldn’t really watch it as not connected properly.

They are now called Heritage Glen. My whole family is happy with the level of care our father is receiving, he also seems to be enjoying his time there.

Nice and clean personal care home with a great staff. The food they serve is always very good! My Mom has been there for a long time and I visit very often and I've never had any reason to question her care.

Indiana Square has been a blessing! At a time of great need and sadness they were welcoming, supportive and nurturing! They led us through the process of moving and finding a new normal with grace and positivity. They seem to thrive for inclusiveness and encourage participation. They do all of this with smiles and kindness. My mom has told me on several occasions how fortunate she feels to be in such a beautiful place with such kind and helpful people.

5 Star review for Indiana Square. My Mother moved there for independent living and then to personal care. It’s obvious that Indiana Square is aesthetically pleasing and clean. You soon learn that ALL areas of their staff are friendly, caring and professional. We had several health events with her during her 4 years stay and each time they went out of their way to ensure her safety, comfort and ability to continue to live there. Our saddest day was when her care finally required true skilled nursing and we had to place her elsewhere. My only negative is that they don’t offer certified Skilled Nursing at this site. My Mother certainly wanted to stayed there till her end. Now that we have experienced the level of care and personal concern given at one rehab and then at an excellent skilled nursing facility, it is so evident that the care of my mother at Indiana Square was the best of the best!

Love how committed the entire staff is to the community. They put their hearts into making it a home for family members. Nothing negative to say but i wish there were more place like this in the Indiana region. Most places around here are dumps.

Very clean community with excellent staff. The care taker I met with was very professional and real cares about the residents. overall very well kept luxury style building. Staff seem happy to work there. I liked the free coffee station at the entrance.

I am an outside hospice agency that has been coming here for many years. I absolutely love being there. It makes me feel at home. Staffing goes way above and beyond. The building is beyond clean and well kept. Everyone is so friendly. My only complaint is that I live 60 miles away. But that doesn't mean anything because it is worth the travel.

This is by far the most clean, friendly and beautiful Care Home, I have ever seen. The staff is well trained, educated and very versatile. Very homey and welcoming. The food is homemade and prepared daily. Daily activities and amenities for the residents. Highly recommended.

Only nice things to say about this place. My brother in law Richard has been there for some time now and my wife and I have been very pleased with everything, top to bottom. The staff is very friendly, professional and always helpful. Any request we have made has been tended efficiently and effectively. The facility is nice, clean and homey. We are thrilled that we chose this community!

This community superseded my expectations one thousand times over. My auntie stayed here for a long period of time. At first I was skeptical, like all other places, I assumed was just another facility, I couldn’t be more wrong. I made frequent visits to this community and at unexpected times. The staff are not only well trained and professional, but they genuinely care for these community members. I emphasize community because that’s exactly what it is. The staff here are attentive to the needs of the residents, they are authentically sweet, and most importantly have a high standard for quality care. I was surprised to learn that the food is actually delicious; something my auntie always mentioned and a very rare trait to find in an environment like this. It’s also rare to find a place that I confidently call a community. If your loved one is in need of assistance, I highly recommend this quality establishment

This is a top notch senior community with staff who truly care about their residents wellbeing. My mom has been very please with the life enrichment/Activities department since she moved there. Highly recommend.
