Heisinger Bluffs

My wife broke her hip [name removed] was cared for very well aids and food servers were very kind to her and everyone her room was clean and help at the touch of a button after 16 days of full time visits can't say thank you enough to staff especially the msd girl the building was clean and well kept the aids are hard working and kind.

I have a dear friend at Heisinger Bluffs in Assisted Living. She often talks about how she is so happy she moved to Heisinger Bluffs. She loves her spacious apartment and often comments on the kindness, professionalism, and expertise of the staff. She thinks the food is exceptional and much better than she expected. She enjoys the wellness center and exercise classes as well as the many activities. She recommends Heisinger Bluffs very highly, as do I.

My father was a resident in Heisinger Bluffs Independent Living and had a wonderful experience. His quality of life was greatly enhanced by the wealth of amenities and activities, beautiful surroundings, and exceptional staff. I highly recommend Heisinger Bluffs.

My experiences with Heisinger Bluffs Senior Living Services have all been very positive. I have been a resident of the Independent Living Community for two years. The most important factors in choosing Heisinger Bluffs were all levels of care and location. My husband and I initially lived here together, and within six months his health deteriorated to the point where it became necessary to move him to the Care Center for skilled nursing, making it convenient for me to be near him. Had we chosen a retirement community other than Heisinger Bluffs, it would have been necessary to transfer him to another skilled nursing facility while I was left to commute. We also wanted to remain within the city limits with our apartment facing a view of the river. Heisinger Bluffs has a wonderful, courteous staff, always available to tend to any needs that may arise. We are one large family with a very friendly atmosphere. The community is clean, good food, and offers many varied activities and entertainment. You can be as busy as to choose to be or just relax. An activity calendar is issued monthly scheduling the activities you may wish to attend. I am happy living at Heisinger Bluffs Retirement Community as my new home. All my needs are fulfilled. Included in my monthly fee are an applianced apartment, dining, newspaper/mail delivery, media availability, cleaning service, trash pickup, and balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the Missouri River

We are very privileged to now be part of The Hesinger Family! Our only regret is that we should have been here sooner. In visiting with others that is not unusual and a hard decision to make for most. The Hesinger Staff are so courteous and helpful in every way as well as the Residents. They made the change in life style easy and have made us feel like we really belong and no problems fitting in with plenty of activities to always keep us interested and busy. The Chefs and Cooks leave little to the imagination for delicious and wonderful food.

My advise to anyone thinking about moving here, do lt don’t put it off. All that stuff you have after many years...... You will find you not need here. They do all the work and you can at last relax and just enjoy a good life. From and old man enjoying being relaxed and enjoying a good life at Heisinger’s.

My tour of the Heisinger Bluffs went well, the place was very nice. The staff were all very helpful and answered all of my questions. The building was very clean and comfortable feeling. The choice came down to cost, this community was a bit pricey for our budget.
