We're so grateful to have found Heartfelt Homes. The care my mother recieves there is truly remarkable. The daily activities and events keep her mind and body active, while the staff provide the emotional support she needs. The team is incredibly helpful and attentive. They mean it when they say they strive to provide a safe comfortable and stimulating environment for the residents. Highly recommend!!

The owner provides a warm loving and caring environment for your love ones !! A very cozy and comfortable atmosphere!! You never have to worry about your love ones care! She definitely cares !! I have no doubt that this place is for your love one. The meal preps are catered to each individual diet plan. The place is absolutely cleaned daily .

We love this place....Mom feels “blessed” and “loves it here”.....It is a ranch and you travel on a dirt road (briefly) and there is dust....My Grandkids life VW to visit with the livestock next door. The food is amazing and [name removed[ really “has a heart” for her guests. If this were a “bed and breakfast” , my wife and I would stay here.

Be advised this place is the furthest from Heartfelt. Yelp indicates this place is closed. It's not and should be. A more appropriate name is the [language removed]. They are not properly credentialed even though they say they are and will show you what seems to be proper certifications. This place is filthy, safety hazards throughout and Lies, Lies, Lies when you call for an update on your loved one. DON'T DO IT!! All they want is your money. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Please do your research with all State Board Requirements. This place should not be able to operate as a business. I hope this helps someone from the unnecessary pain and sub standard quality of life of a loved family member. To date, this pit has 24 Type A Violations (Immediate Health, Safety or Personal Rights Impact) and 14 Type B Violations (Potential Health, Safety or Personal Rights Impact). One must ask, Why are they still able to operate? The report dated [date removed] finds the Certifications are expired and behind $8k in fees. When asked for a rating, the rating is far below ZERO.

This is not a safe place for a helpless elder. I placed my own mother here for 12 days about 3 years ago. They were horrible to her. Within that time she was left in soiled diapers and developed sores on her behind. There's more negative stuff I'll keep to myself. We pulled mom out of there and walked away from the entire month of payment - for her safety.

That home was a dump. I would not send my dog there. When we walked in we were at appall. The cleanliness is not good. It was horrible and I would not recommend them. After this experience, group homes were not the best placement for us. It was horrific.

Our first impression was good. We set a date for our mother to move in. Four days before move date a woman who works with hospice in this area had some alarming news when Heartfelt Homes was mentioned. On two different occasions she observed poor treatment of their elderly tenants. The very next day my mother's visiting nurse confirmed her experience a few years ago at that location. Two red flags was more than enough for us to notify Heartfelt that we had no intention of risking our mother's well-being at their facility as well as the reasons why.

I liked it. It's very homey. The staff seemed very nice. The owners of the place also worked there. They don't live there but they do a time there. It's seems really like living in a home. They make homemade meals and all sitting together. They were in more of a farm type environment with farmland around and animals that live next door. That was nice but it was another 15 minutes for me to drive so it didn't work out.
