Not a fit place for people that need care

My mother was in Harmony for rehabilitation for about 24 days before I moved her. During that time, I found cna’s hiding in her room while she was in physical therapy, playing on their phones twice. Two different people. My mother caught a cold and asked for the Dr. A nurse came instead and told her it will pass in 10 days. She once pushed the call light button for help, and when the girl finally came, she told my mom” you didn’t ring the bell loud enough. This place is poorly staffed , and rotate their employees in a way that you never know who’s in charge of you. I will say two positive things. It was clean and the physical therapy department was good. My mother had an iPad that the nursing staff was suppose to lock up at night. They didn’t, her iPad was stolen, and we left. There’s been no compensation, it’s been 2 months. You want care? This is not the place. I can go on, and on, but you get the idea.
