I spoke to the owner over the phone and what he described was not what we found. His prices are pretty high for a guy who lives with his girlfriend and just wants to make money. Upon arriving at the home, not only were we uncomfortable, but the "activities" he spoke of were no where to been seen. To top that off his girlfriend or roommate is quite rude and has no respect or appreciation for the elderly.

Seems like a joke, this kid and his rude girlfriend live where they want me to place my father. Seems like a scam. He quotes very high and then makes it seem like a deal to lowers prices. It's basically a home where some guy lives and want to have geriatric patients. No activities or places to go, he sells it quite differently over the phone.
