I had my aunt staying there, she always talk about how they welcomed her and make her feel at home as she wakes up she says theyre there to help her with her daily needs shower brush her teeth etc.. she says they have the best breakfast and lunch comparing to the places she’s been the staff is always friendly and attends to her needs, when my family visits they also feel welcomed and notice how well she’s being care for I definitely will recommend this place, keep up the good work Hands and Heart

This place is a very nice an quiet place for your love ones, nice environments clean you don't of to worry about the care of your love ones they will be in the best care. I love this environment because it's close to shopping area moves theater and all the staff are wonderful lovely people to get along with.

Our family had a great experience with this facility. Staff was caring, supportive and very empathetic. The environment was clean, food was good. Staff was knowledgeable of their roles in caring for the elder community. Attention to detailed care is to be applauded at this facility. Their service is highly recommended.

This facility is amazing, great location the rooms are spacious and clean they also have a wheelchair ramp for easy access The staffs are polite and helpful great meal plan and the manager is respectful..

This community was outstanding. I would have loved to have afforded this community for my loved one, however things did not fit the budget for my loved one.

This facility was clean and very tidy. My loved one received exceptional care and was very comfortable with her surroundings. Staff was very friendly, patient and caring.

Our family was able to do an in person tour at the facility, and while the tour experience was great, the community was clean and everything was very nice it just did not feel right for our loved one.
