When it comes to the staff members they get 10+ stars, they truly bent over backwards for our family. The communication is great, anytime there is an issue or they want to update us on something they are on top of it. The staff are more then willing to work with the families. Everything is Johnny on the spot. Our loved one did not really participate in the activities but we appreciated how much the staff did get our loved one up during the days and out and about. The community is not ungodly expensive. We would recommend this community to other families.... Read more

We chose Greenwood Place because of the location and we loved the building itself. It was nice and people were friendly. The residents living there looked happy and content and no one was complaining and it smelled good. I would want others to know that they really care about their residents, they go above and beyond what is expected. They almost become like a family. I would definitely recommend.

Our family member is constantly running out of medication. It is up to a family members to contact the pharmacy, doctor, and take whatever measures to make sure they get their meds. Patient is constantly calling on a regular basis for meds that have run out for several days. They do not have a dietitian on staff so cannot depend on family members with diabetes having a sugar free diet. We have to provide food in addition to what they have because of this. They have a beautiful facility but are lacking in other areas of importance as mentioned.

Very nice and pleasant atmosphere. Plan to take her for a visit there in the next couple of weeks. This is the preferred geographical area. Will need to be sure we can work out funding before making a commitment.
