When I moved in 14 years ago it was brand new. It's independent living and you're responsible for your own apartment. You have to be 62 or older to get in here. They don't do cleaning or anything like that. We have committiees and I was on the financial committee until recently because I was the only conservative one left! They're good about keeping everything up. We just put a new black top on the parking facilites in front. They just updated the interior to keep up with what's going on. I didn't like the interior decorator they had this time. It wasn't my cup of tea. I liked it better the way it was but some people like the new stuff. It's a friendly place and there are pot luck dinners and things like that. I'm moving because I don't have any family up here.
