The difference in price levels gets quite large from the bottom to the top. We had a broken item, and they didn't report it, and we are having a tough time getting reimbursed for that. They seem to have a lot of residents per aide, it seems like there aren't enough aides, to do all the work. Their response time suffered because of that, and they didn't seem to have any time to spend with the residents. There were so many issues. The medical people there, aren't very proactive, they didn't take care of symptoms promptly, and that caused greater issues and led to hospitalization. The staff never even let me know that my loved one should go to the E.R. our personal outside nurse is the one who noticed, and had she not stepped in, our loved one very well could have died.
