I knew pretty quickly this wasn't where I would have wanted my mom. The people there were so very sweet, and there was nothing wrong with the tour or the facility. It was just the difference between staying at your aunt's old house vs. living in a nice hotel, which was the type of community we chose for her in the end. We were looking for more of a luxury experience.
