This is the worst place for your loved one. They do not call you back, they do not follow through. No one has answers to any questions. It appeared that they use covid-19 as a cover to not provide adequate care to the residence. My sister went to visit my mother, they brought her out with no pants on, disheveled hair, wrapped in a sheet. She was diagnosed with covid-19 at 80 years old they did not call and tell us. We did not find until she was in the hospital dehydrated this so-called Skilled Nursing Facility, has no skills in caring for their patients the patients family. She was in there facility for eight months we requested some type of meeting treatment team something to follow up with her care we spoke to the administrator several nurses no one had any idea what we were talking about. We never had any type of meeting to discuss the care our mother was receiving. However they called several times to make sure that her social security will be coming to them. I even requested information about who I could contact to file a complaint, they refused to give out that information. I cannot stress it enough if you care about your loved ones please send them somewhere that will care for them. And that will understand the stressful time that you are dealing with in trying to ensure that your loved one is cared for adequately.

My grandmother has been in this place for the past four months. During this time she has fallen twice, had two UTI infections, hospitalized for 5 days, she has had diaper rashes, and she has become depressed. Currently I'm in the process of filing complaints with the ombudsman and the county of Fresno. Do not bring your loved ones to this place.
