After hearing a friends mother died here very recently,I had to share my experience.Apparently nothing has changed in 5 years. My friend unfortunately spent some time in here, there were rodents running around, the nurses would give medication to sedate patients, they would also turn off the call buttons so their staff could take breaks, I visited several times when this happened. They would give my friend a laxative, and then tell her she had to wait or go in a diaper because staff was on break, unacceptable! At the time I addresses the above issues along with many others, All we got was excuses. There was one nice physical therapist there, that’s the only positive thing I can say. This place should have been shut down 5 years ago, what a disservice to people in need.
