Golden Heart Senior Care provides a wide array of home care services to seniors and their families in and around Minneapolis, Minnesota. Because they offer home care, they don't have a facility — rather, after completing a call and creating a care plan with a coordinator, an experienced caregiver is sent to help from the comfort of your own home.
The caregivers on staff are capable of providing nonmedical care, which includes personal care. Seniors can receive help with their grooming, toileting, and medications and can also receive other kinds of care such as grocery shopping or deep cleaning the house. Sometimes, the best thing a caregiver can do is provide companionship, and this is where the caregivers at Golden Heart really shine. Acting within the company ethos of dignity, empathy, empowerment, and innovation, the caregivers make sure that the seniors they work with are celebrated. We have been using Golden Heart Senior Care for about 1 3/4 years providing in home care and are quite pleased with their service. They have good people and aren't afraid to do any kind of housework in addition to providing respite care for my wife who has dementia and chronic back pain. My only criticism is that they seem to have trouble keeping good people. Therefore, we do see quite a lot of different people coming to provide service. I would recommend their service.

I was very pleased with the service that they provided for my mother. Very polite, gentle and caring. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. A bonus was that they have a medical director license so they were able to administer medications
