My experience with Golden Girls is below fair. Communication with the Administrator was poor. It would take days before to get an answer. Too expensive too and not steady employees. The food was not balanced. Mom was aware of the environment and was able to tell me the quality of care as not enough personnel, who stayed overnight for so many patients. Again, this is only my opinion and my mom's opinion as other people may encounter differently.

The Golden Girls home is a great place and the attention by the owner [name removed] is absolutely outstanding. She is caring and compassionate with the care of my mom at every single moment. She made sure we were comfortable with the care and gave us full confidence in the handling of my mom. I can't thank her and her staff enough for all they did during the care of mom.

Let me start by saying that [Removed] is AWESOME. I visited the Golden Girls location and it was very clean and the attendants were very gentle with the guests. I feel comfortable moving my mom there in the future.
