We have had our fair share of issues here, however if family is not actively involved in the care of their loved ones then it doesn't matter where you take them because all Nursing Homes are understaffed. We have called the State in the past, we have called corporate and things have improved. We are happy with most of the staff. We would recommend this facility to anyone. August 2019... Read more

This entire facility sucks [language removed]!!!! They don’t take care of the elderly!!! They break them...literally or have irresponsible third parties break them! My grandmother was a strong woman when she showed up there now she’s got a broken leg and broken arm...and no one there knows what happened!!! Their staff (excluding a few) needs training!!! The suck, whatever you do DO NOT place your loved ones here!!!! They may not make it!!!!! Have the owner put his mother here and see how he would feel if these things were happening to his loved ones!!!!! If I could give this place a negative -1000000000000000ect. I would!!!!!!

My father was their for rehab. The night nurse called SAPD because he kicked her. Turns out he kicked her because she hit his recently operated leg. She was removed from his care. Another night nurse refused to call an ambulance when I asked for one for my father. First of all, It took us about 35 minutes to locate her. She was outside on the patio on her cell phone. She said she was on the phone with a doctor. My father was in pain and she stated his vitals were normal and she had called the doctor who said it was not necessary to call an ambulance. We called an ambulance against medical advice. Thank God we did. My father's private area was so raw from where they would leave him in his own waste. We moved him out of there after that. They also gave my father melatonin against my consent. The nurse said he would yell at night. It was a nightmare.
