CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN! THEY WATCHED MY MOTHER PASS AWAY SINCE THEY WOULD NOT TAKE HER TO THE DOCTOR TO GET HER PACEMAKER CHECKED AND THE BATTERY REPLACED. ONCE SHE PASSED AWAY, [removed] WHEN I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES THEY HAVE ME SOME [removed] EXCUSE THAT IT WAS DAMAGED. [removed] THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF THE PATIENTS. ROBERT DID TRY HARDER THAN THE REST. IF I KNEW NOW WHAT I WAS NEVER TOLD IN THE BEGINNING, I WOULD NEVER HAVE NEVER LET ANYONE PUT MY MOTHER THERE. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!

This care home does not cook healthy meals. They do not buy organic. If you can't eat what they are serving they give you a bowl of soup or jelly sandwich. There is constant turn over in the caretakers with the exception of Robert, who [is mean to] the residents and Amber, who is not a qualified caretaker. She is constantly out of it, doesn't make eye contact, slurs, and reeks of smoke. The owner Karen is there maybe once a week and her communication is only via text. Good luck understanding the rambling fragments she writes when responding. There is constant bickering between the caretakers. They call 911 for EVERYTHING so I hope you can afford all the extra ER visits. The house doctor does not look at your current medication list or respect the treatment you are on from your regular doctors, so be careful of the extra medications they try to put you on. It could kill you. They do not transport you to doctor appointments, do not provide any grooming services, and only have entertainment come to the house once a month. The house either smells like dirty laundry or if they cleaned, it has a very strong chemical smell that will aggravate your breathing. The front and backyard are just rock and nobody ever goes outside. There used to be a pool, but they dumped all the construction debris in it and covered it up with rock. It's dark inside, and they sit the residents in front of a TV ALL DAY LONG. You are lucky if they open the blinds. They will move you out of your bedroom if somebody else is willing to pay more for it. They make you buy your own toiletries and then use them for other residents. You must have outside help if you live here. It is just a rental with half [removed] care. They are understaffed, and the quality of living is horrible. Don't believe their lies when they try to sign you up.
