If I could give them a 0 I would. Do NOT take your loved one here. (Unless it is for rehab only...Thank you [name removed]). LTC side is horrible. Most of the staff are so busy trying to run around the truth instead of just telling the actual truth. Even the social worker said she wouldn’t bring her lived one there! And so did some of the aides! Run away from here as fast as you can!

DO NOT GO HERE Here my story, an abbreviated stay in a place poorly managed and the majority of the staff just doesn't care and is poorly trained! When I arrived they had used gloves on the floor of my room. I asked three different people over the first hour about this and no one picked them up. They said that happens and its not a big deal. I had the fourth person after directing them twice eventually picked them up. There were numerous times the STNAs and Nurses had gloves on after cleaning me after a bowl moment and continued to wear them and touching things in my room. When I said something the said that the had them on to protect themselves. But this is how disease is spread to others and people end up with CDIFF. I would put on my call light and wait for 45 minutes with no response. I would have to call people outside the facility to call in and push for them to come to me. This happened sometimes several times a day. They lied about the care and PT I was receiving so I was released too soon and now am stranded in my home. They also did no arrangements for me so when I got home I would have the care and medical things I needed. But the worst thing they did was they would not come so I had to stand on my own and I feel and got injured, I screamed for help for five minutes and no one came. Finally an other resident went for the nurse and the nurse came and said she was busy that is why they did not respond to my pleas for help. Then two aids came in and they pulled me into my chair by my pants re-injuring a bedsore I had from them. I ask to go to the hospital because I had hurt my shoulder and back and the bedsore was bleeding. They left me there and did not call for any help. I called to someone outside of the facility they called in and said I needed medical attention and to call an ambulance. They drove 45 minutes to here and asked where the ambulance was, they had not called and were trying to discuss if they should. The nurse was told to call or they would and they did. It had been over two hours since I fell until the help I need arrived. The ER doctor treated the injuries and confirmed they were caused because of the way they puled me up. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY

It was okay, she was there for rehab. She got to a point where they said she wasn't improving anymore-so you know what that means- she wasn't able to go back to where she was living before and at that time they didn't have any beds available for her to stay.
