Glen Burnie Town Apartments

The apartments have bed bugs, roaches and mice. The elevator is always broken and the staff is unprofessional and rude. The apartments on the inside are nice but you have to deal with the bugs and the inexperienced maintenance staff that is unable to make repairs. When I moved in the apartment was dirty and I had to wait several hours for a cleaning crew on 1 person to arrive and half clean the apartment. Not worth the money here

Lived here for 2 years. Do yourself a favor and keep looking! Do Not put your mom here! Elevator was broken frequently—-terrible for the walker dependent elderly and wheelchair dependent disabled that live there. The building has some serious structural integrity issues, as confessed to us by a former leasing manager. The building is built over their parking garage. The side of our building would shake every time someone would open the gate to enter. Often times there would be an issue with their trash removal as the trash shutes would clog. Then bags of trash would pile up in the trash rooms which have attracted mice. The ventilation between apartments is connected and you can smell it in your apartment every time your neighbor smokes indoors. Each winter their was a major pipe that broke, which flooded tenants’ apt. The security system breaks often & people prop open the door to the back stairs anyway allowing anyone in. I’ve seen homeless people sleeping there. There have been apt break-ins. Rent rises a few hundred every year. And they can’t keep staff (property managers or maintenance workers) due to mistreatment from the owners. So help is not there if it’s ever needed. Save your mom, time & money!!! And Look elsewhere!
